I would like to share fifty years of experience I have had in residential mortgage lending with anyone who needs my help. I have handled every aspect of residential mortgage lending from what I like to say "Application to Satisfaction" (the payoff of a loan.) I have no agenda with respect to wanting to originate a loan, or refer a potential borrower to a lender, or collect a fee for helping a borrower straighten out a problem with his lender. There are plenty of people who want to do that - I do not. I only want to use the great warehouse of knowledge I have collected to give solid advice and comfort to anyone who has a question on that subject.
